What to expect
- Cancel a subscription. Email us and it is done that day. You do not have to justify it and we will not counter-offer.
- Claim the sixty day refund. Say which delivery. No photographs, no reason needed.
- Change your address or your delivery date. Tell us before the next renewal and we will move it.
- Ask about ingredients. The full list is on the product page and we will answer anything it does not cover.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you whether this product is right for a specific skin condition, and we will not guess. That is a question for a doctor or a dermatologist, and anyone selling soap who answers it confidently is telling you something they do not know.
Response times
One business day, usually less. We are a small operation on United States Eastern time, so a Saturday evening email gets answered Monday.
