Terms of service
The agreement between you and Oxidus Partners LLC when you buy from haldah.com.
1. Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by Oxidus Partners LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming on 20 March 2026 under filing 2026-001925958, trading as Haldah. Our address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Throughout these terms, we and us mean that company.
2. Using this site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to resell our products without our written agreement.
3. Orders and subscriptions
Every product on this site is sold as a recurring subscription. Placing an order starts a plan that continues until you cancel it. The full terms, including the amounts, the intervals and how to cancel, are on the subscription and cancellation page and form part of this agreement.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price was displayed incorrectly, we may decline it and refund you in full rather than hold you to an obvious error.
4. Prices and tax
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, both of which are added at checkout. Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address.
5. What this product is, and what it is not
Haldah sells a cosmetic soap. It is not a drug and it is not medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using a prescription topical, speak to a doctor or a dermatologist before changing what you use.
We describe what the bar contains and what it is for as accurately as we can, and we say plainly on the product page what it will not do. Skin varies, and we do not promise a specific result on a specific timeline for a specific person. What we do promise is the sixty day refund on the refunds page.
Do a patch test before first use if you have reactive skin. Stop using it and speak to a doctor if you develop irritation, a rash or any reaction that does not settle.
6. Reviews and photographs
Any review or photograph we publish comes from a real customer. Where a person received the product free of charge in exchange for feedback, we say so next to what they wrote. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not buy them, and we do not generate before and after images. If you send us a photograph you give us permission to publish it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing help@haldah.com.
7. Our content
The text, photography, logo and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use. The Haldah name and mark may not be used without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer laws of the state you live in, which continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes affecting existing subscribers are emailed in advance, as set out in the subscription terms.
