Shipping
We ship within the United States. Free over $50, otherwise $5.90.
1. Where we ship
The fifty states, the District of Columbia, and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States, and the checkout will not accept an international address.
2. Cost
- Orders of $50 or more: free.
- Orders under $50: $5.90.
Shipping is charged on every delivery in a subscription, not only the first, and it is added on top of the recurring amount along with sales tax.
3. How long it takes
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same day. Anything later, or at a weekend, goes out the next business day. Delivery is then typically three to six business days. The checkout shows an estimated window based on those numbers.
Those are estimates and not promises. Carriers miss dates, especially in December and during severe weather, and we have no control over that once a parcel leaves us.
4. Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, email help@haldah.com and we will chase the carrier and, if it is lost, resend or refund.
5. Renewal deliveries
Every renewal payment triggers a delivery to the address on file. If you have moved, update the address in your billing portal or email us before the renewal date. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
6. Wrong address, refused parcels and failed deliveries
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we email you and reship free of charge once you confirm a corrected address. If a second attempt also comes back, we refund the order minus the shipping we have already paid twice.
7. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, because United States sales tax is set by the destination state and in many places by the county and city as well. The figure shown at payment is the figure charged.
