Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.

1. Who is responsible

Oxidus Partners LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the business responsible for the personal information collected through haldah.com. Privacy questions and requests go to help@haldah.com.

2. What we collect

  • When you order. Your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe and never reaches our servers. We can see the last four digits and the card type, nothing more.
  • When you sign up for the discount code. Your email address.
  • When you browse. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • When you email us. Whatever you write, kept so we can answer you and find the conversation later.

3. Why we use it

  • To take payment, ship your order and manage your subscription.
  • To email you order confirmations, tracking and renewal reminders. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active plan.
  • To send marketing email, only if you asked for it, and only until you unsubscribe.
  • To measure which advertising works, which is how a small brand survives.
  • To detect fraud and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the companies that run parts of this business:

  • Stripe, for payments and subscription billing.
  • Vercel, which hosts this site.
  • Our shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver.
  • Meta, through the advertising pixel on this site.

About the Meta pixel. California law treats sending browsing data to an advertising platform as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. We do that, so you have the right to opt out and we have to tell you clearly rather than bury it. Email help@haldah.com with the subject line Do not sell or share my personal information and we will apply it, or set your browser to send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour automatically.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe, then a record that you unsubscribed so we do not email you again by accident. Analytics data for about two years. Support emails for three years.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to do the following, and we will do it within 45 days:

  • Know what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Delete it, except records we must keep for tax or fraud reasons.
  • Correct anything inaccurate.
  • Opt out of sharing for advertising, as described above.
  • Limit how we use sensitive information. We do not collect any.

We will never charge you, refuse service, or give you a worse price for exercising any of these. Email help@haldah.com and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on your order, which is the only way we can tell it is you.

7. Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the site to work at all, such as remembering what is in your cart. Others measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and blocking the advertising ones will not stop you buying anything.

8. Children

This site is not for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security, stated honestly

Payments run through Stripe, so card data never touches our systems. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

10. Where your data is held

In the United States. If you are contacting us from elsewhere, be aware that you are sending your information to servers in the United States.

11. Changes and contact
